ACADEMY IBADAH FRIENDLY HOSPITAL
Academy of Ibadah Friendly Hospital or simply ACADEMY was established on 23 April 2018. The establishment of ACADEMY aims to improve the quality of health services through the process of Islamization of health institutes.
To fulfill these aspirations, ACADEMY serves as a training, education and research field in developing the concept of Ibadah Friendly Hospital in the healthcare sector in an effort to realize the dakwah bil hal holistically.
FRAME WORK
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT UNIT

Strengthen the HMI training module and syllabus in an effort to provide understanding to healthcare workers.

Apply the concept of Islamization of management and human resources in realizing IFH.

Manage training and IFH programs.

Manage follow -up action plans post HMI programs or training.
RESEARCH UNIT

Conduct a survey to identify the level of understanding and practice of healthcare workers on the concept of IFH before and after the seminar.

Conduct a survey on the needs of the Hospital Volunteer group to meet the spiritual demands of patients.

Conducting HMI related surveys.

Formulate solutions to problems and shortcomings that arise as a result of research that has been done.
EDUCATION & PUBLISHING UNIT

Collect and translate articles related to medical fiqh as well as health and Islam in an effort to provide understanding to the public and health workers.

Produce articles and books related to patient worship as a reference for patients, health workers and the general public.

Provide scientific material or info to be included in Fb and websites on a regular basis.
COMMUNITY SERVICE MANAGEMENT UNIT

Conducting welfare and community service programs including ISR activities.

Handling the Husnul Khatimah project.

Improving the quality of volunteer services with the application of a new paradigm shift through the application of Islamization values.
