The Accident & Emergency (A&E) at Al-Islam Specialist Hospital ready to handle injury or medical emergency 24 hours a day. We have a dedicated team of doctors and nurses/Medical officers to serve emergency situation immediately. The cases with life-threatening conditions will be our priority (Red Zone). The rest may need 30 minute wait, depending on the number of patients at the A&E.
Our 24-hour Accident & Emergency unit is staffed by experienced medical officers and trained nurses, ready to handle urgent and emergency cases promptly and professionally.

Waiting Time
Our Accident and Emergency (A&E) Unit operates 24 hours and follows a 3-Level Triage System to categorise patients based on the urgency of their medical condition:

Red Zone – Critical and life-threatening cases that require immediate medical attention.

Yellow Zone – Urgent but not life-threatening conditions that need timely care.

Green Zone – Non-urgent cases that are stable and can wait for treatment.
With skilled doctors and nurses on standby around the clock, patients receive prompt, professional, and compassionate care in line with our Ibadah-Friendly Hospital values.

Red Zone (CRITICAL): Priority who require emergency and immediate life-saving intervention. For example:-
- Cardiopulmonary arrest, severe respiratory distress, unresponsive collapsed patient
- Severe arrhythmias with signs of hypo-perfusion and hypotension
- Severe trauma related patient
- Acute Stroke

Yellow zone (HIGH RISK/SEMI-CRITICAL),whom requires urgency intervention. For example:-
- Altered conscious level, severe head injury
- Seizures
- Fractures of long bones of lower limbs/pelvis etc.
