📌 What Do I Need to Bring for My Visit?
For every outpatient visit, kindly bring the following items:

Referral letter, medical reports, scans, and X-rays – especially if this is your first visit to our hospital

Step 2: On Your Appointment Day

Proceed to the registration counter (located on Ground/1st Floor depending on the clinic).

Submit your appointment card and necessary documents.

First-time visitors should provide their medical reports and scans to the attending nurse.

After your consultation, the nurse will assist you in scheduling any follow-up appointments.

You may settle your bill at the billing counter before proceeding to the pharmacy on the ground floor for medication collection.

Our Health Screening services are tailored to support preventive healthcare and early detection in line with our commitment to your well-being, physically and spiritually.
📝 What to Do Prior to Your Screening?

Schedule your appointment in advance.

Bring any relevant test results or previous reports.

Fasting (if required):

6 to 8 hours of fasting is required for blood glucose, lipid profile, and abdominal scans.

Drink plain water only; avoid caffeine, alcohol, and heavy meals.

Continue hypertension medications, unless advised otherwise.
-
Urine samples will be collected on the day.
-
For female patients: If menstruating, urine tests may be postponed by 5 days.

Get enough sleep (at least 7–8 hours) before your visit.

Wear comfortable attire that allows easy access to the upper arm and for medical exams.

Avoid wearing heavy jewellery or accessories.
📆 What to Expect on the Day of Screening?

Registration: Present your NRIC/Passport. Submit your insurance or TPA info if applicable.

Our team will assist with insurance claim processes, if required.

Sample Collection: Blood and urine samples will be taken.

Stress Test (if included):

Wear proper sports shoes and attire.

Inform your doctor/nurse if you are on medication or experiencing chest discomfort.

Ultrasound (Abdomen & Pelvis):

Arrive with a full bladder – drink water prior to the test and avoid urination.

Consultation & Report Collection:

Reports are typically ready within 3–4 hours, depending on the package.

You may also opt to return for a follow-up consultation on another day.
