📝 Admission Procedures
If your doctor recommends inpatient treatment, an Admission Request Form will be prepared for you. Once it's ready, our Pre-Admission Officer will contact you to confirm the following details:
🎒 What to Bring
Please prepare and bring the following upon admission:

NRIC or Passport

Admission Request Form
-
Insurance card or Company Guarantee Letter (if applicable)

Medical documents (e.g., reports, scans, X-rays)

Personal toiletries: towel, toothbrush, and other essentials
For your convenience, a toiletry pack will be provided upon admission.

Your comfort is our priority. During your stay, the following are available:

Complimentary WiFi throughout the hospital

Patient meals served three times daily (based on your medical dietary needs)

Daily spiritual care by our in-house religious officers (Ustaz/Ustazah) for prayer guidance and emotional support

Prayer kits including prayer mat, telekung/sarung, and Qibla indicators provided in each room

Religious content broadcast (Friendly TV) in patient rooms for spiritual enrichment

Please note: We do not accept personal cheques, bank drafts, or telegraphic transfers.
🧕 Caregiver & Visitors
To ensure a peaceful and safe healing environment:

Only one caregiver is allowed to stay with the patient (for selected room types only)

Visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily

All visitors are encouraged to observe hospital etiquette and maintain patient privacy
